Mobilisation & Client Confirmation

Once the quote is approved, we begin a structured Mobilisation Phase to ensure a smooth, compliant, and disruption-free transition of services within your facility. This stage finalises all operational, legal, and safety elements before service delivery begins, giving you full confidence and clarity.

Formal Confirmation & Compliance

  • Signed Contract & T&Cs - All service agreements, terms, conditions, KPIs, and service expectations are clearly documented and formally signed off.

  • TUPE Transfer Management (Where Applicable) - We liaise with outgoing providers to ensure a seamless and legally compliant TUPE transfer of staff, safeguarding continuity and protecting all parties involved.

  • Garda Vetting Requirements - If required, all operatives assigned to your building will undergo the required background checks to meet your sector safeguarding standards.

 

Operational Setup & Site Preparation

  • Agreed Cleaning Specifications - Finalised cleaning schedules, frequencies, and building floor plans are reviewed and approved to ensure absolute alignment with your building operations.

 

  • Site-Specific Risk Assessments - Risk assessments are completed for all working environments including additional buildings and outdoor areas.

 

  • Access & Security Arrangements - Key control, alarm procedures, and safeguarding protocols are documented to ensure safe and secure daily operations.

  • PPM Schedules - Planned Preventative Maintenance timelines are established for HVAC, fire safety, water testing, emergency lighting, and other statutory requirements.

  • Onsite Training for Staff - All personnel receive comprehensive induction, health & safety training, equipment training, and safeguarding guidance before work begins.
