Formal Confirmation & Compliance

  • Signed Contract & T&Cs - All service agreements, terms, conditions, KPIs, and service expectations are clearly documented and formally signed off.

  • TUPE Transfer Management (Where Applicable) - We liaise with outgoing providers to ensure a seamless and legally compliant TUPE transfer of staff, safeguarding continuity and protecting all parties involved.

  • Garda Vetting Requirements - All operatives assigned to your school undergo the required background checks to meet education-sector safeguarding standards.

 

Operational Setup & Site Preparation
